Learning Outcomes: 

Learning outcomes the participant will gain through attending the SURGE® Hydro Performance Training Course:

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
• Discuss the benefits of hydro training and how these transfer to traditional strength/conditioning techniques
• Explain how to use the Performance Program Planning (PPP) template to design multi-dimensional exercise complexes and full workouts
• Demonstrate key movement patterns to challenge each biomotor category and use a movement scan triplex to identify common movement faults and corrections
• Effectively demonstrate hydro training movement sequences while explaining movement technique and water actions
