George Xiros has been professionally involved in Fitness Industry for well over 20 years. George has a wealth of experience across the industry as both a fitness professional and entrepreneur. Founder and General Manager of the EuropeActive accredited Training Provider Studio One in Greece and Cyprus, George is a firm believer in raising standards and education across our sector.

George’s individual creative choreography full of energy and Mediterranean style has seen him not only gain a huge following nationally in Greece, but Internationally. Creator of the group program series & Personal Training brand «the Concept» which has seen him appear on both Greek National TV and fitness-related radio shows. Keynote speaker at major conferences in Greece and Europe since 2000 with Cardio & Step Choreography.

As if all of that wasn’t keeping him busy enough, George has been a Group Fitness Consultant at many of the top Health Clubs in Greece and used the wealth of experience alongside his business skills to become a fitness operator of both L.A. FITNESS HEALTH CLUB (Heraklion) & THE CONCEPT TERMINAL (Ilioupoli). George’s drive and passion have seen him gain experience and understanding across many areas of our sector which is why we welcomed George to join us as an EREPS Ambassador.

George holds the values of getting more people, more active across our industry at heart with infectious energy and that huge smile we can see why he is also an Official ambassador-athlete of BODY TALK in Greece, Official athlete of SAUCONY in Greece and Official ambassador-athlete of Polar.

What is your favourite quote?

If you feel like you don’t FIT into this world, it’s because you were born to create a new ONΕ.

What is your best moment in the fitness industry?

I am a very lucky person. There were plenty of beautiful moments in my life. But.. I feel very proud of being one of the Ereps Ambassadors for 2020 and for taking the Gold Award for the “multichannel Fitness influencer in Greece” for 2020!

If you could send a message to the whole world and they would listen, what message would you give?

Never Quit. Believe in God - Believe in yourself - Believe to what you Do.

What do you feel most proud of?

I am proud of my family. I am so lucky to have a great wife and two wonderful kids. They are my whole life.

What is your strongest quality?

Justice. Ιs the basic principle of Democracy and Christianity (along with love). I try to be fair to my associates, my friends, everybody, everyday.
