I ama professional sports instructor graduate from French Sport Faculty (STAPS) and passionate about dance.
I provide courses of "classic fitness"" like body sculpt, step..I also teach program lessons of Zumba (and zumba specialities: kids, toning, sentao), piloxing, pilates...
I can help people to hit their target (weight loose, toning body, or just pleasure to fell better) and give foods advices: I love healthy cooking and will be happy to share my recipes and tips!
I am a choreographer and love teach street dance (ragga, reggaeton..)and latin dance for beginners (salsa, bachata and kizomba).
I hasd recently completed my formation with a Yoga Teacher Training (200h Certified Yoga Alliance) in Thailand and a diploma of Kizomba in the "Ecole des Danses Latines et Tropicales" in Paris.
I am also a photo model.
