A fitness assistant works to provide a clean, safe and friendly environment that promotes regular member attendance and satisfaction. They are a source of information and encouragement for all members and actively assist fitness instructors wherever possible.

Lifestyle Academy & Sports – Oncology Exercise Trainer

Description

Current health / fitness professionals who wish to provide physical training to individual clients who are diagnosed with cancer and which are no longer in need of supervised physical (revalidation) therapy in a clinical setting. According to pre-determined guidelines the trainer assesses the clients physical condition and provides a physical training plan that meets the clients current condition.

Suspension Training Workshop

Designed by a US Navy command who, during a mission, was looking for a way to train efficiently without having a fitness facility available, the Suspension Trainer was launched in 2005 and soon became very popular with physical - and personal trainers.

This way of training works with the weight of the body, it is suitable for both beginners and high-level athletes.

Olympic Lifting

During the Olympic lifting module, you will learn the basic techniques of the 2 Olympic lifts, namely the snatch and the clean and jerk.

Each lift is built step by step from a coach perspective, so that you know how to coach your clients and / or athletes in the Olympic lifts.

Through video analysis and fault sheets you will be able to optimize your own technique during this training program.

This program is an enormous added value for every fitness coach that wants to prepare customers or athletes for weight lifting competitions, cross fit or sport performances.

Program Design

This training has been developed to support the increasing need of fitness professionals to help people develop a good basis for optimal, injury-free and safe exercise and exercise. Assess & Correct offers a screening of 25 tests to analyze movement, supplemented by a clear structure to correct it.
