Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the course the learner will be able to:
1. Define Small Group Training [SGT] and the benefits to the member
2. Recognise safe and effective session structure for a SGT session
3. Identify & demonstrate the teaching skills required to deliver a safe, effective and enjoyable SGT session
4. Recognise the factors that contribute to delivering an effective SGT experience
5. Identify the importance of progressions and regressions within a SGT session
6. State the importance of screening members fully, before participating in higher intensity sessions
