About me:
Niki studied Communication & Media in England with a master’s degree in Public Relations. She worked for 10 years in the field of Advertising but finally decided to study again, this time BSc Sports Science & Physical Education at the European University of Cyprus. At the same time, she got specialized in Personal Training and Pilates (Mat & Equipment) at Studio One Institute of Fitness and was trained by Mr. Alan Herdman. She is a National Certified Pilates Teacher from the PMA National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP), a Pilates Teacher EQF Level 4 and a Personal Trainer EQF Level 4. She is a member of EREPS in Pilates and Personal Training. Additionally, she has attended seminars, workshops, and congresses with distinguished teachers around the world and participated in the international conference of the Cyprus Olympic Committee (COC) with title ᾽Women and Sports᾽ in 2019, as well as in the 29th International e-congress on Physical Education & Sports Science in 2021. She teaches Pilates in Greece and Cyprus and is a professor in the Pilates Mat & Equipment diploma at Studio One Institute of Fitness.
