Course Description: 

Group training, small group training and personal training ("1 on 1"), with special dumbbells (adjustable weights).


Student pre-requisite qualification: Group Fitness Instructor (EQF level 3) or/and  Personal Trainer (EQF level 4).

Learning Outcomes: 

Strength training for adults healthy trainees, exclusively using dumbbells exercises. Special emphasis is put on proper choice, kinesiology and teaching of exercises. The ability to organize the teaching, supervision, control, safety and evaluation of the effectiveness of the training program is particularly promoted.
