About me...
I am a Personal Fitness trainer with significant experience of training ladies and older adults who wish to get fit but don't like the thought of going to a gym. I like to work outdoors if possible using the natural environment to encourage fitness improvement. I use Pilates and Yoga techniques as well as weights to improve fitness and toning. I can also provide dietary advice and encouragement if needed.
I spend a significant time in Alsancak North Cyprus and would love to hear from you.
