About me...
Originally from Martinique, I am a Friendly, easy going, adaptable and passionate trainer. Specialised in getting people out of their comfort zone.
Born in France, raised in the Caribbean Sebastien has always been a sports lover. From a young age he used to play football, volleyball... outside with his cousins and friends. At the age of 8 his sister brings him with her to an handball training and since that day he felt in love with this sport he has been playing for over 19 years.
After passing his French A levels (scientific subjects) he decides to move back to France to learn more about Sports and make it an entire part of his life. In 2011 he graduates with a bachelor's degree of Sport sciences with a special mention: Adapted Physical Activity to health at the University of Occidental Britany (France)
In 2014, he graduates with a master's degree in sport sciences with a mention engineering of reeducation, handicap and driving performance at the university of Poitiers.
During his studies he is used to training people around him and particularly with bodyweight training that is a most in his classes.
In September 2014, he decides to move to London to give his career a new perspective and challenge working with the diversity and sports enthusiasts.
