About me...
I was born in Thessaloniki (Greece) in 1991. From my childhood I was involved in many sports such as basketball, handball but football eventually gave me interest, where I had been active in the championship team, PAOK for 7 years. From a young age I dreamed of becoming a fitness trainer. I passed in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Department of physical education and sport science and graduated in 2013 with the specialization of Special Physical Education-Therapeutic exercise (grade 8.13). I completed my postgraduate studies in "Physical Activity and Quality of Life" (Grade 9.17). Then I attended the Private School of “A.F. studies” for the GRT Diploma (Group Resistance Training) while I was already in possession of the Lifeguard and Football Referee diploma.

In parallel with my studies, I started working as a trainer in programs for patients with chronic diseases, in a gym as a personal trainer, in training centers as a football trainer, while I attending seminars trying to expand my knowledge and understand it deeper.

More specifically, my training journey began in 2012 where I volunteered as a trainer in creative employment and entertainment programs for children and young people with severe and multiple disabilities as well as at a child support center for autism, educating the child through play therapy.

In 2013, I worked as a trainer in exercise programs for patients with cardiovascular diseases which included: aerobic, orthosomal fitness and strength training. Continuing, I worked as a trainer at the Kidney Disease Unit at the Thessaloniki Public Hospital (AHEPA), for patients with kidney disease during dialysis. The content of the program included exercise on bike, encouraging and taking blood pressure before and after the exercise.

Having many years of experience as a football player, I worked later as football trainer in semi-groups and individual as well as I was responsible in gym in 2015 in '' Elevation Method '', where I worked on improving fitness and personal techniques, teaching video projection, individual test-evaluations and full nutrition for athletes.

Due to my dynamic character from 2016 until now, I am involved with Crossfit. The main reason is that I embrace and believe in the effectiveness of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) programs as I apply to my clients as well.

Some of the exercises that I prefer and apply to exercise programs are: Bench Presses, Pull Ups, Push Ups, Squats, Deadlifts, Burpees, V-Ups, Mountain Climbers, Lunges, Jump Rope, Box Jumps, Rowing, Kettlebell etc.
The benefits of the exercise I saw were: Reduction of body fat, increase in muscle strength, increase in cardiovascular endurance, better flexibility and physical confidence.
