I'm physical education teacher with formation in personal trainer and massages.
In my large experience I used to do physical specific exercises to costumers that have postural problems (feet, knees, hips, shoulders, elbows, wrists and back).
If you don't like to do sport and/or you have healty or mobility problems, my services are a good option!
