About me...
Marc was born in Kronberg, Germany and spent many of his early years travelling the world with his parents. Whilst living in Kuala Lumpur during the mid 80's Marc attended a Martial Arts demonstration at the "ISKL" -International School of Kuala Lumpur. It was during this event that Marc witnessed a striking performance of Tae Kwon Do which began his journey into a life long passion for the sport.
Having attained black belt, Marc went on to study Sports Science at the world renowned German Sports University in Cologne, Germany. It was during this time that Marc co-founded Germany's first free running, tricking and parkour gym (Move Artistic Dome) teaching children and adults alike. Marc went on to appear on several TV shows performing Extreme Martial Arts and also won the German TV talent show Germany's Next Show Stars in 2009.
Shortly thereafter Marc moved to London to learn about the psychological aspects that trigger high performance and began studying NLP at Master level and personal coaching. Learning about behaviour patterns triggered further interest in helping others achieve their aspirations, and fitness goals in particular. Having worked with many high profile clients Marc now brings his expertise to a different kind of 1 to 1 training.
