About me...
I work primarily as a strength and conditioning coach and physical therapist in southern Ireland. I've worked in the fitness Industry for over 15 years and have never felt like i have done a days work. Each day is a blessing as i love my job. I have extensive experience working with the public, amateur and professional athletes e.g. boxing, MMA, Gaelic Football, soccer, rugby, tri-athletes and Ironmen and women etc.,
My philosophy in sport is; you ain't enjoying it, then don't do it. I encourage and maintain this philosophy with whoever i work with. Its a journey but one that has to be carefully mapped to fulfill each individuals goals.
