About me...
I have a BSc in Sports Science and since 2009 I have been working as a personal trainer and fitness and group exercise instructor. As well as expanding my knowledge and specializing in certain aspects of indoor and outdoor fitness by attending to various seminars on Personal Training, Fitness, Health and Well-being and obtaining further minor degrees in Vibration Training, Suspension Training and Group Exercise.
