About me...
My name is Joana Coelho and I am 28 years old. I am originally from Portugal, but at present I live in London. Regarding my professional experience, I started working in fitness area while I was still attending year two of my physical education degree. I also participated in some workshops related to fitness and wellness which gave me more knowledge about modern technics of performance. I have been teaching fitness for seven years but I also started Zumba classes a year ago. ZUMBA to me is an exhilarating form to improves your appearance and self-esteem as it helps you get rid of the tensions that your body accumulates day by day. I have a Master’s Degree in Teaching Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Schools, and a Degree in Physical Education and Sport from Portugal University. I am available in English, spanish and Portuguese language.
