About me...
Personal trainer specialized in correct exercise techniques for post-rehabilitation work.

Joint and muscle re-education, including, range of motion, balanced movements & muscle contractions, movement and breathing timing.
Mostly working with bodyweight exercises till the ability dictates a move forward to more resistance and eventually free weights. TRX and Kettlebells are two of the most mobile and effective training tools I use, but incorporating indian clubs and medicine ball training gives an overall package to the clients.
Nordic walking and other aerobic sports like running and cycling driven by correct techniques and monitored with heart rate are also included to serve every customer needs.

Being an elite level runner and a long time cyclist paired with my personal training experience, I teach what I preach, and providing a great example to everybody who would like to achieve high levels of health, and be more efficient in their fitness regime.
