a Licensed Personal Trainer (Trainer4You/EHFA) and Gym Trainer with multiple experience of sports, especially martial arts, (wado-rye/karate 3 kyu), ice hockey, football, floor ball, gym training, badminton and swimming;
ready and prepared to help especially middle-aged and older people to lifestyle change and increasing activity by providing them professional personal training.
Services offered include personal training, online personal training, nutrition coaching, individualised training plans, fitness tests and measurements.
