About me...
Before becoming a CrossFitter, natural bodybuilder, fitness model, sponsored athlete and a fitness trainer, Alexander Brechtl was a lifeguard and competed in swimming on a national level for 8 years. At the age of 15 he won the Bavarian Junior Swimming Championships. At the age of 18 he was inspired by the Cover Model of the latest issue of Men's Health magazine to get an athletic and muscular body. At the age of 21 he joined a gym where he found his passion – bodybuilding. It became a constant and important part of his life and he went on to earn a certificate for a fitness trainer from one of the most famous Sports Academies in Germany. Alex started working with people, helping them to reach their best potential in creating the body and the health they desired.

He dedicated his life to bodybuilding and in 2012 his dream of becoming a Bodybuilding Champion one day became true by winning 1st place in the light-heavyweigh class and 3rd place overall at the German National Bodybuilding Championships (GNBF e.V.). He achieved that despite never taking (and never will) steroids.

His body, his ambition and his motivation are inspiration to many people around the world. One of his greatest joys in life is to motivate, inspire and support people.
