Body Control Pilates Matwork teacher (London - EQV Level 4) since 2015 and member of the Federation Professionnelle de la Méthode Pilates (FPMP) in France, I am an ex-professional dancer and functional movement enthusiast.
Based in Saint Paul en Foret (Fayence 83) I teach group and individual classes in and around the Cote d'Azur.
