About me...
My name is Christos Antoniou. I have a degree specialized in exercise, fitness and health from the University of Sports and Science in Athens. I am a Studio One Official Teacher of Indoor Cycling Education Program since 2007. I would like to be a part of EREPS Master Trainers. George Xiros is the one who believed in me and inspired me to continue to educate more trainers.
I teach indoor cycling since 2004 and my main goal is to introduce exercise into people's daily lives. I have succeeded to train these years more than 3000 clients and educate more than 500 instructors. I have worked in all gyms of Attica and I have been an Indoor Cycling manager in most of them. I have organized the biggest indoor cycling marathons in Greece with 250 indoor cycling bikes. I had the opportunity to be one of the first people in Greece who have managed to introduce the indoor cycling program and the benefits of the cycling.
