About me...
Lifestyle coaching or rather Health coaching is something that is focussed on helping people reach their goals in a complete manner. Focussing not only on muscular strength or conditioning but emphasising te importance of better movement, pain free movement, more daily activity and healthy nutrition.
Coming from a background of terrible eating, being sedentary and overweight, I know what challenges people encounter because they feel unhealthy, unhappy and underappreciate themselves. That is why I would love to help them reach their goals.
With certifications in working with Obesity and Diabetes, Sports conditioning and Health coaching I feel confident that I'm well equipped in working on:
