About me...
I have been in the fitness industry for over a decade now and I still absolutely love it. Physical fitness is my passion but I love running, swimming and biking the most. I love to hike and I love challenging body movement such as core training and obstacle courses. Mud runs, Spartan races, out door activities that are not monotone. I also love to read a lot. I love to study and I love to teach. I am a Christian and love Jesus and the joy and peace that comes with it is with me all the time and is the source of a very positive attitude.
