A Swiss and British national, living in Denmark and with over 12 years experience in the fitness field. I have a love for an active and healthy lifestyle, not only for myself but for the people around me. Learning, improving and helping people is my fire.
My philosophy is to keep it simple, by moving a little more and eating a little better.
My mission is to empower others to find their best health , fitness and wellbeing through movement, real food and overall improved health patterns. I partner with my clients to help clarify desired goals and create small actions to achieve their best lifestyle.
I work with both individuals and groups as well as help big and small organisations develop plans for healthy employees.
