By its very nature, Pole is a relatively one-sided sport that commonly results in muscle imbalances. Long term, this can lead to injuries requiring months or even years of rehabilitation.
I work with Pole athletes and those aspiring to be better/stronger/more flexible on the pole. I use a combination of sport-specific training and complementary training techniques. Together, we can work to improve your pole abilities while balancing your training to help prevent injuries.
