I am a personal trainer and health coach, certified in both fields through the American Council on Exercise. I own Forged Fitness: personal training and health coaching, through which I offer both in-person and online personal training and health coaching. I am also employed as a personal trainer at my local gym. Two of my goals are to continue my education in the health and fitness sector, and to bring my personal training business to Belgium, where I have friends and family. My philosophy when it comes to exercise, diet, and healthy living is that it must become part of a person's lifestyle and something he or she enjoys. I enjoy helping my clients transition to becoming intrinsically motivated and I take pride in seeing their perception of exercise change.
