Hello everyone my name is Alejandro, I am passionate about sports science, I am currently in the 4rd year of this career. I am a level 4 personal trainer by EREPS and an expert in biomechanics and functional assessment.
My purpose is to help anyone achieve their goal, whether it be to improve health, gain muscle mass, lose fat, or another goal within this matter.
This can be achieved through personal training, but always individually and adapted to the needs of each one.
