Hello! My name is Enrique González, Certified Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach. Highly motivated, very supportive, always willing to help others to achieve their goals. Im convinced that everyone should try to reach the best version of themselves along the journey.
My knowledge on that field showed me that every individual must be coached differently, one of my strenghts is my psychology with the perople that I train with, knowing how to motivate each one of them to keep working but without making them feel pressure.
