Following a career as professional football player, I’ve spent the many last years coaching football and designing personal fitness training programs for children and adults across all age groups. I take pride in delivering quality sessions focusing on both core techniques and development areas, but also ensure my clients have fun while exercising. I have experience structuring and managing training sessions for large groups as well as one on ones, and I always aim to differentiate my approach based on the age groups I’m training to ensure optimal outputs and motivation.
I've obtained my personal trainer qualification in Denmark, where I've moved after having spent years in the Middle East, England and Asia.
