YBell Live/Virtual Coaching Course


The YBell Virtual/Live Coaching course is designed to give coaches of exercise a better understanding of how to load movement with this tool. Dig deeper into how to create exercises with the Ybell and create exciting, fast-paced, highly variable workouts that will keep people engaged in their exercise sessions. Like any fitness product, there are simple techniques you can use to enhance each experience when using it. This course is designed to help you have the best chance of programming and safely and effectively coaching movement sessions for that purpose. This course will also delve into creating "Pods". The programming technique was developed specifically for use with the YBell. Giving you the skills to deliver outstanding goal-based exercise programs that have your clients raving about your sessions and coming back for more.

Learning Outcomes:

The summary of the course is for the students to gain a better understanding of how to hold and move with this tool and create exciting, fast-paced & highly variable work-outs.

The students will learn to:
1. Coach using the various YBell grips.
2. Understand how different grips relate to traditional fitness tools.
3. Create and deliver a YBell workout.
4. Utilize YBell exercises.
5. Vary YBell exercises to create a broad range of movements to suit all clients.
6. Program with YBell using the YBell Pod programming system.
7 Create their own YBell Pod.
