Kettlebell Practical Assessment
Provide a video demonstrating the following. It can either be yourself performing the exercises or you instructing someone else performing the exercises. The video can either be posted as “unlisted” on YouTube (with the link emailed), DropBox (via a shared folder), google drive, Whatsapp, Facebook Message or posted with a USB stick. The total length of the video should not exceed approximately 10 minutes.
1) Demonstrate and explain either a Windmill variation or Turkish Get Up. Name a prerequisite for the movement. Explain at least one possible regression option for the movement. (5 marks)
2) Complete 1 round of a 5 x 5 workout using 2 kettlebells for each of the movements. The workout should have a sequential chain (one exercise begins where the other ends. (10 marks)
Pass Mark is 12/15 for practical
Note: If the participant is unable to reach the pass mark they will be contacted (either via email / phone) and be informed of where they were unsuccessful. They will then be able to re-submit the assessment.
The video can either be posted as unlisted on YouTube (with the link emailed), DropBox (via a shared folder), Google Drive, Whatsapp, or posted with a USB stick (for sending a USB to confirm the address with travis@fitnesseducationonline.com.au). The total length of the video should be approximately 5 minutes.

Kettlebell Theory Assessment

Once you have completed the assessment please we will respond within 3 business days with your assessment result and a link to complete the theory component. You will be able to download your certificate immediately upon its completion (assuming you are successful in the assessment).
Note: Please do not answer the assessment if you haven’t fully reviewed the course modules & ebooks.
