Understand the three fluid systems involved in the SMR process – blood, lymph and hydration

Understand the importance and effect of adding movement as a final stage of the SMR process
Have a new 5 step protocol to follow for every future SMR experience
Be able to practically apply the protocol to 25 sites shown on the body
Have coaching cues for each stage of the protocol for the 25 sites
Have a kinesthetic understanding of the protocol which can be used when applying the new techniques
