The Battlerope Essentials course is a comprehensive training program designed to teach participants the fundamental techniques and exercises associated with battle rope training. Battleropes Practical Assessment
Provide a video demonstrating the following. It can either be yourself performing the exercises or you instructing someone else performing the exercises. The total length of the video should not exceed 5 minutes.
a) Demonstrate and explain how you would set someone up to complete a double wave movement for 20 seconds. (3 Marks)
b) Complete a 1 minute battle rope challenge. This involves 6 movements completed for 10 seconds without rest. (6 Marks)
The video can either be posted as unlisted on YouTube (with the link emailed), DropBox (via a shared folder), Google Drive, Whatsapp or posted with a USB stick (for sending a USB to confirm the address with travis@fitnesseducationoinline.com.au). The total length of the video should be approximately 5 minutes.

Battleropes Theory Assessment
Once your assessment has been marked (this should take no more than 3 business days), you will receive a link to complete the theory component of the course. This section should take 10-15 minutes and will allow you to download your certificate immediately after passing.
