The F Squad ??? program is designed carefully keeping in mind the bio-mechanical, muscular, cardiovascular and neural networks.
Most of all, we have kept it as such, to entertain every individual and at the same time work on all the planes of the human body by engaging major muscle groups through multi-joint movements.
This enhances the body?s ability to handle complex movements more effectively. It also increases the brain?s efficiency of simultaneous coordination between different joint engagements and registering patterns in the CNS( what is it) This, in turn, makes the mind sharper with improved reaction time which needs more muscle fibers firing leading to better muscle development and conditioning.
The program is a circuit-based VIIT (Variable Intensity Interval Training) workout, the effects of which continue even after the session.
Moreover, the workout is infused into the dance routine. This method circumvents the monotony of a traditional gym workout and lets our dancers focus only on dance, all the while increasing their strength, power, endurance, rhythm and flexibility.
Pre - Requisites :
Participant should be minimum 18 years of age.
Participant should have a Level 3 EQF equivalent certification/degree/diploma in fitness and/or related subjects.
Participant should have working knowledge of the english language.
Participants should have experience of at least one year of working with clients.
Participants should have a valid CPR AED
1. Application of F SQUAD core workouts on musicality.
2. Understanding the basic body anatomy and choreography
3. Understanding the importance of muscular strength techniques / planes of motion .
4. In depth understanding of VIIT ( Variable Intensity Interval Training ) principle.
5. To be able to make constructive dance routine.
Fitness Instructor (EQF L3), Group Fitness Instructor (EQF L3)
At the end of the two day instructor training the participants will be assessed based on theory ( multiple choice questions) and practical demonstration where the participants are expected to demonstrate the following :
Movement orientation ( using any two planes of motion ) and any two muscular strength techniques ( isokinetic/ isotonic /isometric )
Communication ( Verbal cues , non-verbal cues )
