Summary/description of BOSU® Strong + Stretched On-Line Course:
The BOSU® Balance Trainer is one of the fitness industry's best strengthening and stretching accessories, and this workshop covers both!  First, you will learn brand-new athletic, total body exercises and sequences that are designed to functionally strengthen the body from head to toe, and can be used in any type of strength, sculpt or conditioning workouts.  Then, you will learn a variety of yoga-inspired stretch sequences that utilize the Balance Trainer to make easy stretches more challenging, and tough stretches easier to do!  These stretch sequences can be broken up and used for short and sweet cool-down routines, or connected for full-length stretch workouts.  Don't miss this chance to get the best of both worlds!

Learning outcomes the participant will gain through viewing the BOSU® Strong + Stretched On-Line Course:
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
? Discuss how to integrate functional balance training into both strength/endurance and stretching workouts
? Explain and demonstrate how to make easier exercises more challenging, and challenging exercises more user-friendly with the use of the Balance Trainer and a Balance Bar
? Show how to use the BOSU® Balance Trainer and a Body Bar in place of traditional strength equipment, such as a bench and dumbbells
? Demonstrate and cue several yoga-inspired movement series, and will have a good understanding of set-up, breath and movement patterns, and modifications/variations for each exercise
