During the Olympic lifting module, you will learn the basic techniques of the 2 Olympic lifts, namely the snatch and the clean and jerk.
Each lift is built step by step from a coach perspective, so that you know how to coach your clients and / or athletes in the Olympic lifts.
Through video analysis and fault sheets you will be able to optimize your own technique during this training program.
This program is an enormous added value for every fitness coach that wants to prepare customers or athletes for weight lifting competitions, cross fit or sport performances.
After completing the Olympic lifting module, the student has developed the necessary knowledge and skills to teach and correct the movements of the Olympic lifts to his customers.
