I’m a new personal trainer in here!
About me:
Since I realized how important is a healthy and fitness life for a good mental and physical condition I started to get more and more involved on the fitness field. How I see and feel any sport activity (I said “sport activity” because doesn’t matter which kind of sport you practice, you body and mind just need any to keep healthy and strong as much longer as it can) is a part of my life-style as a breath, sometimes I spend less time and less intensity… but for me and my best I always figure out how to get time and energy to make some exercises!
The way I training:
To be honest I quiet like many ways to training, I like the conventional training as in my case I’m in a volumen phase and the best way for me is the conventional way, otherwise I like training very much the strength-resistance to improve my cardiorespiratory system and muscular resistence. Also like to apply some functional training at the end of my sesión for example, ¿why functional? Easy, because those exercises are like a copy of the movements we do daily but with weight and more intensity and power. Those ones improve the movements of your body, coordination, joints health…
