Personal Trainer, Exercise for Health Specialist

About me:

Hi, My name is Batuhan. I have been working for about 2 years as personal trainer and athletic performans coach in Dublin. I am endeavouring to improve myself in Exercise for health specialist, therefore I have added a new qualification which related to this matter and therefore I got exercise for health specialist certificate to make effective my ability. At this point, I am endeavouring my abilities in non-communicable diseases such as ACL Injury (Anterior Cruciate Ligament Injury), lower back injury, herniated disc in the neck, lumbar disc herniation and knee injury. I also interested to do calisthenics training, to some extent, it could be argued that I have had a tendency to become a calisthenics athlete since childhood. Therefore, I have been highly interested in this matter lately. To som up I am someone who is interested in medical sport exercise health and provides personal trainer services.
