Fitness Instructor, Pilates Teacher

About me:

Hi, I am originally from austria having moved to the UK 25 years ago.
I have grown up in the fitness industry as both my parents have managed health clubs.
My career started with studying dance and teaching my first fitness class at the age of 15.
I then became a qualified fitness and bodybuilding instructor, qualified in ETM, step, slide and several other class workout types.
I went on to become a lecturer at the BAFL Austria before moving to England.
My fitness profession has been over 25 years now teaching from fitness and Pilates to boxing also boot camps and many other areas in this industry.
I manage corporate health clubs and work along side as personal trainer in the UK and main land Europe.
