My name is Georgios Tatsis and I'm from Thessaloniki, Greece. Since November 2021, I've been living in Amsterdam and continue working as a personal trainer. My aim when we are training together is to help you reach your goals and keep you injury-free. I focus first on addressing someones weaknesess like an injury, a chronic pain, muscle imbalances or lack of mobility/stability in a joint. Once your movement is improved or we reach a pain-free state we can start building up on your strengths.
