I am experienced to work in international environment with people of different backgrounds and ages. I enjoy working with groups as well as in person.
It is crucial nowadays for our clients to learn safe ways to excersize and reduce negative effects of daily routines. Therefore as yoga teacher and as fitness instructor I emphasize: breath work - relearning incorect breathing habits, customised and safe movements - adapt and align excersizes personaly, relaxation - learning how to let go of daily tensions and minimise stress levels.
I'd love to have the possibiliy to integrate the knowledge of yoga and fitness in my future work. People needs are diverse and we as professionals must adapt and help to find ways to improve their quality of life.
