Hello I am Jeroen

I have been working as a personal trainer and coach for over 25 years. I myself have practiced strength sports at an advanced level, including Bodybuilding and Power lifting. The last 10 years my education and experience are more in functional training. I recently developed the "Exercise for Health" program.
