About me:

I am a long distance runner ((ultra) marathons) and I am also an online running coach. I love helping people becoming a better version of themselves and to also let them fall in love with the wonderful world of running. However, a good runner is nothing without proper strength training. Thus, I find it very important that extra attention is also paid to proper strengthening of the muscles for better (running) performance.
