I am a registered dietitian with a Bachelor Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, a Master Degree in Human Nutrition, a certified Sports Nutritionist and Personal Trainer. I have been interested in health and fitness almost my whole life. I think we all agree that food is life! It is our ultimate source of energy. It fuels our mental and physical health, and specifically fuels our body for exercise and training. In my perspective, I learned how to see food in a different way, where proper nutrition really enhances body composition and physical performance. Also, when it comes to training, it increases my energy levels and makes me feel like anything is possible! And one reason to why I became a dietitian and personal trainer is to help others reach their health goals through food and exercise, and show them this side of health and fitness.
