I’m Belkys Barrios. I have my Level 4 Personal Trainer certification and Nutrition Coach. Also, I am a content creator, coach, educator, and Women’s Health fitness advisor based in Finland. Five years of experience made me realize that being in fitness should be a tool that helps you to create a healthy version of yourself. Therefore my mission is to help you with “How” to use the right tools and create a better version of yourself.
