About me:

I love to be in service to others, offering my mind/body fitness coaching and divine spa bodyworks therapy. I've been instructing fitness classes since 1997. And then circa 2009, I had the opportunity to go overseas and provide my wellness services for 1-1 and group sesion in hotels and retreats. For 10+ years my work experience has been mainly overseas in Australia, Sri Lanka, Macau, Middle East and Ibiza, Baleares, working in gyms, health centers, wellness concierge companies, as well being invited to feature as a visiting expert at a 5 star spa retreats or luxury hotel. At present my passion has turned towards working with child and assisting with their health and wellness.
