EuropeActive is excited to announce a new opportunity for individuals seeking to enhance their role in the health, fitness, and physical activity sector. We are in search of a dynamic and self-motivated professional to take on the crucial responsibility of redeveloping, refining, and managing EREPS, our registry of exercise professionals.

This is an opportune moment to join our Brussels team and contribute significantly to our goals as we progress with our strategy under the leadership of our new CEO, alongside the advancements in our Education and Standards services. Inclusion in the registry as a qualified professional not only signifies credibility within the sector but also attests to a minimum standard of skills, knowledge, and proficiency sought by employers when recruiting top-tier professionals. It is imperative for the registry to fully optimize this potential and, of course, provide substantial value for the professionals themselves.

We are looking for someone who can fulfil the following:

  • Manage the register: administration of applicants, relationships with training providers
  • Look for and maximise automation and/or efficiency of related processes
  • Create and exploit effective communication strategies to all stakeholders in relation to the EREPS value proposition
  • Manage and administer individual registration applications and queries
  • Create accurate and effective automated finance processes for both new and renewal registrations
  • Reporting and interpretation of register data and information

Responsibilities:

EREPS Register Management:

  • Ensure the accurate and up-to-date registration of certified fitness professionals from accredited training providers.
  • Implement a systematic approach to regularly update and maintain the EREPS register, including the removal of expired registrants where applicable and accurate status reporting upon request

Training Provider Relationship Management:

  • Regularly communicate with accredited training providers to ensure seamless and accurate information exchange.
  • Understand and address the needs of key training provider stakeholders.

Automated Accreditation Process:

  • Develop and implement an efficient and mostly automated process for independent trainers seeking accreditation, managing the registration of these individual applicants, ensuring the requested membership status reflects their attainment against the register’s requirements
  • Streamline and automate application processes for efficiency.

Communication Journey for Fitness Professionals:

  • Establish a communication journey for registered fitness professionals to ensure engagement, interaction and information dissemination.
  • Utilize digital channels and process automation to enhance communication efficiency.

Financial Automation:

  • Implement automated payment and invoicing systems to streamline financial transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Establish a clear feedback loop with E-Reps trainers to ensure value delivery during renewal process.

Additional Duties:

  • Set up self-service channels for user support to enhance accessibility.
  • Identify and enact any additional efficiency gains across relevant processes where appropriate, in collaboration with wider team
  • Manage social media channels for EREPS, and support the communications strategy.
  • Support Education and Standards department events as required.
  • Handle general administration and provide support as needed.

Data Reporting:

  • Generate regular reports on EREPS members, growth, and churn for evaluation and decision-making purposes.
  • Identify and report on any trends analysis or emerging themes to support growth and effectiveness of the register

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of the fitness industry and accreditation processes.
  • Experience in developing and implementing automated systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms.
