  • Studio One fitness school certified in Choreography Masterworks, Group Exercise Training, Dance Specialist, Pilates methodology and Power Cycling.

  • I work as a Physical Education Teacher in a Greek-German private school.

  • An experienced fitness expert since 2009 sharing his teaching skills in Cardio Aerobic, Step, Dance Aerobic, House Dance, Funky Jazz, Hip Hop and Body Conditioning Group fitness classes.

  • Creator of the Dans Concept and Master trainer.

If you could train with anyone from the past or living, who would you choose?

I would choose Marcus Irwin because he created the methodology and the patterns of the contemporary aerobic.

What is your favourite exercise?

I love doing conventional Deadlifts because in my opinion it is one of the most important functional movements in our everyday life.

What do you feel most proud of?

I feel blessed for the opportunity that fitness gave me to help people become better, stronger and healthier.

What do you like to listen too when working out?

It depends on the class that I have. The only thing that matters is not to be distracted from the workout.

What is your strongest quality?

The way that I transmit the knowledge to the students.

If you could send a message to the whole world and they would listen, what message would you give?

Have faith in your dreams and do whatever makes you happy.

What is your best moment in the fitness industry?

It was the first that I teached in the class and the first participation as a presenter in a large convention abroad.
