What is your favourite exercise?
I find it very difficult to define my favourite exercise since my repertoire is very broad. My favorite training genres are those that are controlled and complex enough, for example a quality bootcamp workout, strength training, yoga, pilates, etc. All of these are exercises inspire me and are perfectly optimal for human body.
What is your favourite quote?
"My way of life"
I live in a way to maintain an optimal body shape through movement, diet and enough rest, which I am also passing on to my instructors and trainees.
What do you feel most proud of?
I am very proud of the fact that in such small country as Slovenia is, we are leaders in imparting knowledge in a professional and quality way. And most of all - I am most proud of my team.
What is your strongest quality?
Persistence and patience.

Who do you most admire in life?
I admire human body and nature.
