This course is all about functional fitness exercises and how to train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability.
For example, a squat is a functional exercise because it trains the muscles used when you rise up and down from a chair or pick up low objects. By training your muscles to work the way they do in everyday tasks, you prepare your body to perform well in a variety of common situations.

Functional fitness exercises can be done at home or at the gym. Gyms may offer functional fitness classes or incorporate functional fitness into boot camps or other types of classes. Exercise tools, such as fitness balls, kettle bells and weights, are often used in functional fitness workouts.

o Learn how to use different types of Functional Training tools like TRX, kettle-bells, dumbbells, barbells and other functional tools.
o Learn how to design a functional training program

After the course finished will give our students 2 months to get ready and prepare themselves for the exams as the following structure
Practical Exam: (Student must record a video while the camera 45 degree and showing from top to bottom, they have to record all the following:
1. Choose any pull up type 4 reps, 3 sets
2. Snatch from squat 15 kg
3. Deadlift 50 kg, 3 reps, 3 sets
4. Front squat 25 kg, 3 reps, 3 sets
5. Normal Clean and press, 3 reps any weight
6. 50 Push ups
7. Plyo Box jump, 3 levels low, medium, high
8. Create 3 Battle Rope exercises
9. Create 3 Kettle bell exercises

Written Exam (open book)
1. Power lifting exercise schedule for tow months
2. Assessment and evaluation for four posture cases, with providing ideas to solve the problem

Written Exam (close book) This exam will be through our exam portal
