Explosive Kettlebell Course:
Is a Kettlebell Specialist Instructor Training Course, where you get all the knowledges and trainings to use the kettlebell and teach your clients how to use it, to help them achieving their fitness goal by improving all the fitness elements.

Assessment:

First Assessment Process:
• Student will be required to submits a video for himself/herself demonstrating 5 repetitions of each of the above exercises, with a progression & regression and an common error with the correction for the same exercise.
• The Total score of the assessment is out of 56.
• If the student fails any of the exercise techniques, he/she will be requested to submit a new video for the same exercise.
• If the student scored less than 40, he/she will be requested to submit another video of the 4 exercises listed above.
Second Assessment Process:
• The student will be required to submit a video demonstrating a kettlebell complex, flow and circuit, each one 3 repetitions and consist of minimum of 3 exercises.
• Total score for this assessment is out of 24.
Third Assessment Process:
• Student will be required to submit a video consisting of 2 kettlebell tracks of their own choice of music & choreography.
• If the student gets less than 5 in any track, he/she will be required to repeat the track.
• Total score for this assessment is out of 20.
Note:
Students will have a period of 2 months in order to practice and submit the assessment videos, starting from the last day of the course.
